Up and coming restaurants and cafes as well as vegan/vegetarian giants in the food industry are known for showcasing their best flavors at summer music festivals. Gov Ball was no exception. This NYC restaurant makes authentic Italian sandwiches using both fresh imported and local ingredients. At Gov Ball, they offered some great vegan and vegetarian options, such as a mozzarella sandwich as well as a veggie option with red pepper sauce!

This chain café, located in D.C., New York, and New Jersey, is known for their incredible avocado toast. They brought some amazing vegetarian and vegan options to Gov Ball this year, including their avo toast and beetroot hummus toast!

Spurrito, anyone? The fresh spring roll burrito (and so much more!) was served up at Gov Ball, with so many vegetarian and vegan options, including their slow braised tofu! For dessert, their coconut chia pudding was a must have!

If you've never tried matcha, you're missing out big time. Hailing from Japan, matcha is a green tea powder that has recently become popular in the US for its energizing and antioxidant benefits. MatchaBar brought some amazing drinks to Gov Ball, both dairy free and with nut milk alternatives!
